光固化(SLA)是一种高速度、高精度的3D打印技术。使用紫外激光器和液态紫外固化光敏聚合物——“光敏树脂”来打印零件。控制激光光束在树脂液面上扫描,使树脂液面固化形成扫描的零件横截面层膜。固化一层后,在刚形成的层膜上再覆盖一层液态树脂,并继续扫描,使之固化结合在之前固化形成的零件截面上。如此往复,逐层增长,从而打印出完整的立体零件。
